Dori: I met a friend last night for a drink, and for a snack, we had sweet potato fries! They served them with a mango salsa -- it really was an amazing taste combination. I keep on finding recipes on your blog that I want to try! I bought all the ingredients for your Spring Rolls! I'll let you know.....
