Pumpkiny stuff...

Isa's VWAV pumpkin seed crusted tofu along with roasted strips of tofu and a romaine salad with chopped apples and dried cranberries. I liked the raosted pumpkin, I have not tried it this way before. The pumpkin seed coated tofu has a nice crisp texture, but needs more flavor ... perhaps a sauce would cure this.

I will so be trying this! I wonder if soaking the tofu strips overnight in a roasted yellow peppery sauce first. I found some premade at Whole Foods and its in a squeeze bottle.

That's a great looking plate. I love any veggie roasted.

I've alway's wanted to try that recipe. Your salad looks so good. I love apples and dried cranberries in salads.

I've never tried this recipe...sounds marvy, though--with sauce, right?

Looks good, maybe a sauce with a slight kick to it will do the trick?

I've looked at that recipe numerous times. Thanks for letting us know that it may need "a little something extra".
